Black Friday is set to take place on November 25 this year, although some retailers have already launched their sales. We've got tips on how to save money here.

Liisa Matinvesi-Bassett, UK country manager at PriceSpy, said: “It’s likely that many products are going to be more expensive this Black Friday compared to Black Friday 2022. This isn’t to say that good, genuine deals won’t still be found, but some prices are still likely to end up being higher.

“Inflation is one reason to blame here and is, on many occasions, unavoidable. On top of that is the simple fact that Black Friday isn’t always the best day to buy - depending on what you’re after.

“The key point to focus on when shopping is ensuring that you’re not paying more on Black Friday than you would if shopping at a different time of year. Even if an offer looks attractive, if the product has been cheaper before, then chances are it’ll go down to that price again.”
