Even if you've got all the streaming apps and endless films on your TV, nothing quite beats a trip to the multiplex to watch a blockbuster flick the old-fashioned way. But with the price of cinema tickets—and popcorn—skyrocketing, it's sadly harder and harder for people to support their local picture houses.
Fortunately, a bumper new giveaway from Sky could change all that. As of today, Monday 2nd October, Sky Cinema customers can now claim two free cinema tickets every single month. Yes, you did read that correctly.

Sky TV has teamed up with cinema chain Vue to offer free trips to the cinema, which UK and ROI customers can redeem through the MySky app on a monthly basis.
The tickets are valid at any Vue cinema between Sunday and Thursday on standard 2D screenings—so while you might not be able to go and see Avatar in 3D on a Friday, you can enjoy all the latest blockbusters on five other days of the week.
If you're an existing Sky customer, you just have to crack open the MySky app on your phone to get your cinema ticket codes. These can then be redeemed when you book online or buy a ticket in the cinema itself.
Sky Cinema can be bought as an add-on package for Sky customers for £12 per month. Or, you can get Netflix, Sky TV, and Sky Cinema for £37 per month for 18 months. Users will still have thousands of films to watch after
Sophia Ahmad, Chief Consumer Officer at Sky UK & ROI, said: "In a time when value is more important to households than ever, Sky Cinema's exclusive partnership with Vue will give film fans the chance to enjoy the experience of monthly trips to the cinema at no extra cost.
"That's alongside our unrivalled range of films that they can watch from the comfort of their homes—and access to Paramount+ too, all through one subscription."
