Look at how other states and countries are able to keep their prison populations down. California does not need to make harsher consequences that fill prisons. It needs to focus on what qualifies as real crime deserving of incarceration.

It is always about the guns, who cares about the criminals. Not the governor. The attack on our fundamental 2A right is going way too far. They all took an oath to protect the constitution. But yet they attack it. You want common sense? How about stop supporting the criminals with legislation that weakens the consequences. The whole point here is to take away our Second Amendment and release as many criminals from the prison system. Prop 47, prop 57, and for the pedophiles, Sb145. It is disgusting. Yet swindled to be a good thing.
