I think it is not important enough to write an article about it. Who cares! I have read the information that Mr. Rosen has put on the website of the office he holds, and it is very good and so, I suggest we stop playing games of who tripped who. I think it is important for all city officials to be agile, so maybe the challenger is not. I think we need to stop writing articles on stupid things. Kevin L.

Rosen supported Proposition 47 which everyone I personally know voted against back in 2014 when it was on the Ballot. Crime statistics in San Jose are proof a new approach is needed, and asap. Many of my friends, small business owners have had extensive losses as a direct result of Prop 47. Based on my own research of the DA’s office (as much as available to the general public). My vote will be for D. Chung. Mr. Chung comes across as a DA who will strike the right balance between the job of a DA (Prosecutor). And restorative justice only for people who are eligible.

Well you and others keep saying “irrespective” and “unimportant.” What IF it was intentional? Is it still “irrespective of” the intentional kick? IF you’ve concluded it was unintentional, say that. But IF you’re unsure, not much is more important than the chief criminal prosecutor committing a crime and denying it. Giving that a pass because the trains run on time doesn’t fly.
