On another note, Anthony is going to have to have his running shoes on because District 3 is a large district and many of the neighborhoods like mine are going to reach out to him. Anthony if you read this article please attend our Spartan Keyes Neighborhood meeting tomorrow at 7 pm. Location is Bella Castello Apartment 570 Keyes. There is no parking so walk or ride a bike. Amazon will be there because of the huge delivery business they will be opening at S. 7th and Alma. You might know about this. Will bring needed jobs but I think it will be 24/7 and my chief concern is truck traffic since we have so many trucks using our neighborhood to enter 280. This is the last meeting there because Bella Castello Affordable Apartments have been sold and I have concerns hoping it remains affordable since many Vietnamese live there and I worry about them being displaced. No has confirmed that it will remain affordable. I also would like to meet with you regarding Second Street Studios. Recently, someone was stabbed 5 times in the head. Police case number 25-157-0863. I have spoken to a Washington Neighborhood leader and others and SSS area has gang problems and other issues. We need your help to turn our neighborhood. around. You can help us by making policy regarding bad landlords and management. SSS needs changes. The Charles another supportive housing will open in July and you need to help us to make sure we do not have another problem housing development. So many issues but I hope you are ready to make our city a better city for District 3 residents.
