I think the idea of a center for youth is great but this building is really old and it is going to takes ton of money to repair. What if they sold some of the land for teacher housing so they could attract great teachers. I think not charging rent hurts the school district. They could buy sports equipment for schools, supplies, needed books with rental income. Just a thought.
