The San Jose City Hall Reporter covers one of the most critical beats at San José Spotlight with a focus on enterprise, investigative and accountability reporting. This reporter will excel at breaking news, cultivating relationships with sources and pursuing exclusive enterprise stories that hold leaders accountable and help readers understand how complex government decisions impact their lives. The position is one of the most visible reporting positions and we expect a high level of professionalism, courtesy and the ability to ask tough questions, hold powerful officials accountable and challenge political leaders in the search for truth.

Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 with benefits.
